Proven Track Record
Engineered Fenestration Solutions for Global Markets
Zenic Window & Door Technology Co., Ltd. delivers customized thermal break aluminum system windows, panoramic sliding doors, and architectural curtain systems engineered to rigorous international building codes.
Case Study: Seaside Luxury Residence (Gold Coast, Australia)
Project Overview: Located in a high-wind, severe marine exposure zone in Queensland, Australia, this luxury beachfront villa required large-span glass openings without compromising structural integrity or thermal comfort.
Scope of Supply & Technical Requirements
Zenic Window & Door Technology Co., Ltd. custom-engineered, fabricated, and glazed 110 Series Panoramic Heavy-Duty Lift-and-Slide Doors and 120 Series Tilt & Turn Thermal Break Windows. All supplied units met AS2047 and AS1288 Australian standards for structural deflection, air infiltration, and water penetration.
Engineering Challenges & Custom Solutions
To withstand coastal gale-force winds and cyclic salt spray, our engineering team specified 6063-T5 aluminum extrusions with a 2.0 mm structural wall thickness and an architectural-grade Qualicoat Class 2 fluorocarbon (PVDF) powder coating. Multi-point stainless steel hardware (SUS316 grade) was integrated to resist marine corrosion while ensuring smooth operational effort under high wind pressure.

Case Study: Commercial Business Tower (Dubai, UAE)
Project Overview: A 14-story modern commercial structure in Dubai required thermal envelope efficiency capable of reducing HVAC energy demand during extreme desert temperatures exceeding 45°C.
Engineered Thermal Break Systems
We supplied 90 Series Thermal Break Casement Windows engineered with 34 mm multi-chamber polyamide (PA66-GF25) thermal barriers. Combined with double Low-E solar control glass units, the facade achieved an exceptional U-value lower than 1.4 W/m²K and a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.23.
Sand Sealing & Concealed Drainage
Dust and fine sand intrusion are major issues in desert environments. Our three-layer continuous EPDM co-extruded gasket system, paired with pressure-equalized hidden drainage channels, eliminated dust penetration and guaranteed zero water leakage during torrential seasonal storms.
